Raised $56K for Ukraine Relief Through Crisis Messaging & Media Strategy
Hope Services needed to mobilize its donor base quickly in response to the war in Ukraine—while staying grounded in its core values and voice.
I led campaign messaging, email communications, web copy, and press events. I ghostwrote a CEO letter which was pitched to local media, securing coverage from NBC Bay Area, The Mercury News, and MSN. Every asset emphasized Hope’s mission of inclusion and community solidarity.
Result:
The campaign raised $56,000+ in emergency relief (split between two disability services in Ukraine), expanded reach via earned media, and reinforced Hope’s identity as a responsive and compassionate leader.

Earned 11K Organic Impressions with Empowerment-Focused Disability Pride Campaign
Hope Services needed a fresh, dignity-centered campaign to elevate client voices during Disability Pride Month—and increase organic engagement without a paid budget.
I conceived and launched the “I AM...#MoreThanMyDisability” campaign, developing the theme, message framework, and supporting blog and social content. The series of posts each featured a square tile with an “I AM…” statement from each subject, paired with captions that solely featured the individual’s quote, story, or statement and nothing more. The project put identity-first storytelling and participant empowerment front and center during the most relevant awareness month of the year for the disability services nonprofit.
Result:
11,000+ organic impressions on Facebook alone
Campaign distributed across web, email, and social
Elevated visibility, sparked conversation, and strengthened brand voice around inclusion.

Drove $128K in Sales and 2.4M Impressions for Hope’s Signature Benefit Concert
Hope’s annual benefit concert needed to drive large-scale ticket sales through a full-funnel campaign spanning paid media, organic strategy, and brand partnerships.
I played a crucial role in the strategic development, execution and management of the event’s multichannel marketing strategy, combining Meta Ads, Instagram Collabs, and media partnerships to expand reach and engagement. I liaised with media sponsors, integrated partner amplification with artists like Kool & the Gang, and helped push creative that performed across all platforms.
Result:
2.4M+ impressions from paid Meta Ads
400K+ unique visitors to concert landing page and ticket portal
$128,000+ in ticket revenue
CPC reduced 46% YoY (from $0.24 to $0.13)
22 print ads placed across regional publications
209 TV PSAs aired in partnership with local broadcasters
Media exposure through NBC Bay Area, San Francisco Chronicle, Silicon Valley Business Journal, and more

Drove National Visibility & Book Sales in Philanthropic Memoir Launch
Hope Services needed to amplify the release of Limp Forward, a memoir by Apple executive Libo Meyers, in a way that honored Libo’s personal story, elevated visibility, and authentically tied the book’s themes of perseverance and disability advocacy back to Hope’s mission—all while encouraging philanthropic support through book sales.
I developed the full messaging architecture and multichannel campaign strategy to support the launch, crafting content that bridged the memoir’s narrative with Hope’s impact. I produced graphics, wrote and distributed email announcements, website features, Meta ad campaigns, and organic social content that emphasized Libo’s lived experience, her leadership journey, and the decision to donate book proceeds back to Hope. All messaging was strategically framed to connect with donors, staff, and broader community members during AAPI Heritage Month, positioning the book as both a personal triumph and a philanthropic opportunity.
Result:
The campaign drove strong early book sales, brought national visibility to both the author and Hope Services through a featured article in Forbes, and strengthened the organization’s credibility as a thought leader in inclusion and disability empowerment.
